Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key identifying distinct parts of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.
More images released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
